Prayer to the ever-fresh tongue of Saint Anthony

 

O, Saint Anthony of Padua, you had always glorified God with your tongue! Let me kneel before your glorified tongue. I fervently pray unto you to keep my tongue free from sins as you had kept yours from sins. Kindly make me capable of glorifying God always with my tongue and preaching his gospel to others.

Kindly get remission of my sins that I have committed hitherto with my tongue. I fervently pray unto you to pray for me to child Jesus so that I shall become capable of using my tongue in a good way and speak fair words and thereby I shall be a model to others
